The work covers the customer-facing experience and the connected business actions needed to support it. Brand presentation, the public website, the Water Score experience and the lead workflow behind it.
The starting point.
The business did not exist yet. WestFlow needed one public experience that could introduce the brand, explain whole-home filtration simply and collect useful enquiry context without making visitors do the technical work.
What I built.
Brand, website, Water Score experience and lead workflow were designed as one journey. A visitor enters a postcode and email, the Water Score matches public water hardness and chlorine data for their area, formats it into a programme and emails it automatically. Every enquiry lands with context already attached.
