ELJEE Systems & Marketing is operated by Luke in Perth, Western Australia. Luke handles all information collected through the website and can be reached at luke@eljee.co for anything privacy related.

What the enquiry form collects and why.

The form asks for a name to identify the sender, an email for replies, a business name for context, an optional website address to assess the current experience, optional backend system details to understand the existing tools, a service of interest to route the enquiry, and descriptions of what feels messy and what a useful result would look like.

Nothing beyond what is needed to understand and respond to the enquiry is requested.

How an enquiry is delivered and kept.

Enquiries are sent through a secure website endpoint and delivered to Luke's inbox using Resend. The website does not save enquiries in a separate site database. Copies may remain in email systems while a conversation or engagement is active, then are removed when no longer needed.

Website measurement.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, site usage and enquiry intent. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect technical information such as browser, device and approximate location. No form content, names, email addresses or business details are sent to analytics.

Access, correction or deletion.

Email luke@eljee.co to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent through, with enough detail to verify the request relates to you.
